The City of Franklin Recreation Department programs are open to all residents regardless of race, age physical and/or mental disabilities. Any resident having special needs or accessibility problems regarding our programs, please contact the Franklin Recreation Department.

Note: Use Forms must be completed 48 hours in advance of a rental to allow reasonable time for processing. Special Events Permits should be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event.
- Reserve a Park, Beach, Field, or Community Center Space
- This form is used for commitments of 3 days or less, all other requests must be for Memorandum of Understanding or MOU.

Individuals enrolling in the Recreation programs are required to pay the registration fee prior to the start date of the program. If you need to set up a payment arrangement or are interested in a scholarship please contact the Parks & Recreation Director.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds: refunds are made only if the Recreation Department is notified prior to the start date of the scheduled program or class, or within 30 days of payment. The refund will be given less a $10.00 administrative fee, however, refunds in the full amount will be given in the form of a credit on your account. Refunds will not be given for scheduled trips (ie: Boston Red Sox Trip). Refunds are not given once a program has begun. Should a program, class or trip be canceled or postponed due to inclement weather or any other circumstance, you will be refunded the full amount if you cannot attend the rescheduled date.
- Cancellations: for cancellations due to weather conditions, please call the Recreation Department at 934-2118 or listen to Mix 94.1FM.
